The information we collect on or through our Wizzer Services may include personal information which may be accessible to all the visitors using the Platform. This means the information you submit when you create or update your Wizzer Account may include your personal contact details (such as full name, email, phone number, etc.), login name, password, address, location details, financial information, personal identification details (such as PAN card, Aadhar card, etc.). Your profile picture will be publicly displayed as part of your Wizzer Account profile. This information is partially or completely accessible to all visitors using the Platform, either directly or indirectly by submitting a request for Wizzer Services. The information gathered through this Platform will be utilized to ensure greater delivery of services and customer satisfaction to you. The type of personal information that we collect from you varies based on your particular interaction with our Platform. Your transactional information: If you book any Activity on the Platform or use the Platform we may collect and store personal information about you to process your requests and automatically complete forms for future transactions, including (but not limited to) your phone number, address, email, details of student/participant, billing information and credit or payment card information, etc. This information may be shared and / or stored with third- parties which assist in processing and fulfilling your requests, including PCI compliant payment gateway processors. When you submit credit or payment card information, we encrypt the information using industry standard technologies Your search and browsing information: We may track the search terms you have looked up through the search function and results you have selected, number of clicks, information and pages viewed and searched for, how long you used our Wizzer Services and which features you used; this helps us determine which Services you like the best and the services we may want to enhance. Your device information: We may collect information about the devices you use to access our Wizzer Services, including the hardware models, operating systems and versions, software, file names and versions, preferred languages, unique device identifiers, advertising identifiers, serial numbers, device motion information and mobile network information to ensure that the Platform renders correctly on respective devices, according to screen size and resolution. Analytics companies may use mobile device IDs to track your usage of the Platform. Our applications also may access metadata and other information associated with other files stored on your mobile device. This may include, for example, photographs, audio and video clips, personal contacts and address book information. Your location information: If you sign up for our Wizzer Services, we may collect and process information about your precise or approximate location as determined through data such as your device’s GPS location, IP address. This location-based information is recorded to inform you of the Services in your area/neighbourhood. Our applications collect real-time information about the location of your device, as permitted by you. We keep this data for no longer than is reasonably necessary for providing Wizzer Services to you. You can at any time withdraw your consent by disabling the GPS and other tracking functions on your device. Collection of automatic information and use of cookies We and our third-party service providers whom we partner with, may automatically collect certain information about your computer and devices (including mobile devices) you use to access the Services on our Platform, even if you use the Services without registering.

We collect information about your use of our Wizzer Services on the Platform including location data, logs, your browser type, your ISP or operating system, your domain name, your access time, the URL of the previous website you visited, your page views, information about your computer, devices, internet connection including your IP address, and the type of device that you use (which includes device type, device's unique device identifier, mobile network information and the device's telephone number, etc.). Cookies: Our Platform uses cookies, pixel tags, web beacons, mobile device IDs, “flash cookies” and similar files and technologies to collect and store information in respect of your use of the Wizzer Services so that we can better serve you with customized information. A cookie is a small file stored on your device containing information about the user that enables us to recognise you (as a registered user) when you visit our Platform. Cookies allow web applications to respond to you as an individual, tailoring its operations to your needs, likes and dislikes by gathering and remembering information about your preferences. When you visit the Platform, we may send one or more cookies (i.e., a small text file containing a string of alphanumeric characters) to your device that identifies your browser. The information we collect and analyze is used to improve our Wizzer Service to you. A pixel tag (also called a web beacon or clear GIF) is a tiny graphic with a unique identifier, embedded invisibly on a webpage (or an online ad or email), and is used to count or track things like activity on a webpage or ad impressions or clicks, as well as to access cookies stored on users’ computers. We use pixel tags to measure the popularity of our various pages, features and services. We also may include web beacons in e-mail messages or newsletters to determine whether the message has been opened and for other analytics.

Wizzer collects the below information for the adequate performance of the contract between you and Wizzer. By submitting the below information though our Wizzer Services you expressly consent to the sharing of your information with third-party payment processors, and other third-party service providers (including but not limited to vendors who provide fraud detection services to us and other third parties), and you further agree to the following terms: When you book Services, Wizzer requires certain financial information which includes the bank account, credit or debit card details, date and time, payment amount, expiration date and billing postcode, email address, your address and other related transaction details in order to process the payment. Wizzer may require certain identity verification information such as images of your government issued ID or such other information in order to verify your identity to provide the payment services to you. How we use your information We use the information we collect from and about you for any of the following reasons:

To provide Services to you, including registering you for Services, verifying your identity and authority to use Wizzer Services and otherwise enable you to use our Platform; To maintain and improve the features of Wizzer Services to enable you to enhance your experience with the Services made available through our Platform; To ensure technical functioning of the Wizzer Services, including your interaction with applications, services made available through the Services on the Platform; To administer and enhance the security of our Platform and for internal operations, including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, statistical and survey purposes; To communicate with you for Service related queries and processes and also use your information to respond to you when you contact us including promotional e-mails or messages; To process billing and payment, including sharing with third party payment gateways in connection with Wizzer Services; To provide you with information about Services we consider similar to those that you are already using, or have enquired about, or may interest you. If you are a registered user, we will contact you by electronic means (e-mail or SMS or telephone) with information about these Services; To improve and maintain our Platform and Wizzer Services (such as track your information entered through the "search" function; this helps us determine which areas of our Platform users like best and areas that we may want to enhance; we also will use for trouble-shooting purposes, where applicable); We may use your demographic information (i.e., age, postal code, residential and commercial addresses, and other various data) to more effectively facilitate the promotion of goods and services to appropriate target audiences and for other research and analytical purposes; Carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including for billing and collection; We also may compare your personal information collected through the Website and Wizzer Services to verify its accuracy with personal information collected from third parties; Notify you about changes to Services and Wizzer Services; From time to time, Wizzer may use personal information for new and unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our Policy. If our information practices change regarding information previously collected, Wizzer shall make reasonable efforts to provide notice and obtain consent of any such uses as may be required by law. We may combine the information that we receive from third parties with the information you give to us and information we collect about you for the purposes set out above. We may use the information we have collected from you to enable us to display advertisements to our advertisers'/third party service providers' target audiences. Even though we do not disclose your personal information for these purposes without your consent, if you click on or otherwise interact with an advertisement, the advertiser may assume that you meet its target criteria.

Platform may display advertisements from third party which may contain links to third party websites or services. Wizzer doesn’t own or control these third parties and when you interact with them, you may be providing information directly to the third party, Wizzer, or both. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these third party websites or services which may be linked on our services. We do not endorse or make any representations about third-party websites or services. Our Policy does not cover the information you choose to provide to or that is collected by these third parties. We strongly encourage you to read such third parties' privacy policies.
Disclosure and sharing of your information

Wizzer may share your information with various third-party service providers for a variety of purposes this may include: Creating and maintaining any account or profile you may have with us; Verifying and processing financial transactions in relation to any payment or transfer you make; Delivering content and communicating to you in relation to your account and alerting you to the latest developments; To help us analyze Wizzer Service usage and user demographics; Detecting and preventing against actual or potential occurrence of identity theft, fraud, abuse of Wizzer Services and other illegal acts; Conducting surveys or contests Perform product development, maintenance and debugging We work with third party service providers to help us operate, provide, improve, understand, customize, support and market our Wizzer Services. If you are a Service Provider, we may share certain personal information (other than the financial information) with other users of the Platform and our Wizzer Services. If you are a Service User, we share certain personal information (other than the financial information) with the Service Provider with whom you have made a booking. For legal use. Your Choices : Choice regarding use of your personal information: We may send periodic promotional or informational emails to you. You may opt-out of such communications by following the opt-out instructions contained in the email. You can limit the information you provide to Wizzer. Your participation in promotions and marketing programs is voluntary. You can always update your notification settings within your Wizzer Account by visiting the Notifications section of your Wizzer Account. Please note that even if you opt-out of marketing communications, we may still need to contact you with important transactional information about your account. For example, even if you opt-out of emails, we may still send you activity confirmations or fraud alerts. Managing, accessing, changing or deleting your information: You may choose to restrict the collection or use of your personal information in the following ways:

You may access, review, correct, update and delete your personal information (may be limited) by logging into your Wizzer Account. You are responsible for keeping your personal information up-to-date. If you would like to review, change or delete personal information we have collected from you, or permanently delete your account, please use the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of every page. You may request us to delete personal information about you that is inaccurate, irrelevant or incomplete (and which you cannot update yourself within your Wizzer Account) for legitimate purposes or which infringes any applicable legal requirements. Upon your request we will close your Wizzer Account and remove your personal information from view as soon as reasonably possible based on your account activity. Once we have deleted or removed your Wizzer Account, you agree that Wizzer shall not be responsible for any personal information that was not included within your deleted and/or removed Wizzer Account that remains on the Platform.

When creating your password please use unique numbers, letters and special characters. We ask you not to share your password with anyone, if you do so, you are solely responsible for all the actions taken in the name of your account. If you lose control of your password, you may lose substantial control over your personal information and be subject to legally binding actions taken on your behalf. Therefore, if your password has been compromised for any reason or if you have grounds to believe that your password has been compromised, you should immediately contact us and change your password.

We have implemented appropriate physical, administrative, technical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and help prevent unauthorized access to your information and to maintain data security. We assume no liability or responsibility for disclosure of your information due to errors in transmission, unauthorized third-party access, or other causes beyond our control. You play an important role in keeping your personal information secure. Despite our best efforts, however, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. In the event where you believe your privacy has been breached, please contact us immediately. Termination and account retention: You can close your account by visiting your profile settings page on the Platform. We will remove your public posts from view and/or dissociate them from your account profile, but we may retain information about you for the purposes authorized under this Policy unless prohibited by law. We may retain your information in our server logs, our databases and our records for as long as necessary in light of the purposes set out in this Policy, subject to any legal obligations to further retain such information. We may retain your verification-related information for a reasonable period of time, even if you do not complete all verification steps, to assist with future verifications and to prevent abuse of our verification processes. If you decide not to verify the account and would like us to delete the verification information you provided, please Contact Us. Amendment.
